Most awaited third-generation 2026 Mazda CX-5 is set to be revealed globally on July 10,2025. Although there is not much info revealed in the teaser but new rendering based on teaser looking much more close to real design.
Upcoming 2026 Mazda CX-5 is set to feature wider grille with slimmer front and rear LED lighting clusters and much more sharper body lines. All of these changes does not compromise its iconic CX-5 silhouette but rumors suggest increase in length (potentially reaching around 183 inches / 4650mm) to address previous critiques and improve rear-seat and cargo space.
This is going to feature Mazda’s first in-house developed hybrid powertrain. While exact specifications are yet to be revealed but we expect over 200 combined horsepower with standard all-wheel drive. Industry reports are suggesting that it will have 2.5-liter naturally aspirated and turbocharged gasoline engines with hybrid systems.
However, this redesigned 2026 Mazda CX-5 is going to compete against Hyundai Tucson (183.5 in) or Mitsubishi Outlander (185.4 in) but it is little larger than all of them and improved cargo and boot space than all other competitors. this 2026 Mazda is going to feature a digital instrument cluster, comprehensive USB-C connectivity, and enhanced storage, all while maintaining driver-centric ergonomics.
About pricing, this will be priced around $30,190, with a plausible base range of $30,000-$32,000 and well-equipped hybrid trims reaching into the high-$30,000s to low-$40,000s.
