At the IAA mobility motor show, Porsche has unveiled their long awaited 2026 911 Turbo S. Also known as the most powerful production model in the sport’s cars history. What has impressed me is its powerful hybrid engine which has 701 horsepower.

For instant torque and reduction in turbo lag 2026 Porsche 911 Turbo S has two electric exhaust gas turbochargers known as eTurbos. with 800 Nm (590 lb-ft) of torque this has 51-hp increase over current model. More impressively RPM of 2,300 to 6,000 which is much more than the legend GT2 RS.
If you are concerned about performance. let me tell you that the coupe version accelerates from 0-60 mph in just 2.4 seconds using Launch Control, which is 0.2 seconds quicker than the previous model. Impressively, It reaches 124 mph in merely 8.4 seconds, a half-second improvement, with a top track speed of 200 mph.
Perhaps most impressively, the new Turbo S has lapped the Nürburgring Nordschleife in 7:03.92 minutes—approximately 14 seconds faster than its predecessor—despite weighing 85 kg (187 pounds) more due to the hybrid components .
There are lot’s of changes done in 2026 model. The rear tires are now 10 mm wider at 325/30 ZR, while the standard Porsche Ceramic Composite Brake (PCCB) system features larger rear brake discs (410 mm diameter, up 20 mm) and new brake pad compounds derived from motorsport.
The intelligent active aerodynamics system includes vertically arranged cooling air flaps and an active front diffuser that work in concert with an adjustable front spoiler and tilting rear wing. this aerodynamic system reduces drag coefficient by up to 10% compared to previous models and has also improved braking on wet surface.
There is new chassis technology of Porsche Dynamic Chassis Control (ehPDCC) system is given which smartly reduces the body roll during hard turning changes.
