2026 Mazda RX-7 does not exit in the real world. I know there are rumors and speculations going viral all over the internet but still no official announcement about it.
Rumored to be built on the old RX-7 and based on the Mazda’s Iconic SP idea with hybrid engine. Also there are rumors about Mazda has made new rotary engine but still no vehicles announced on it.
Iconic SP look
The Iconic SP is going to have old school styled coupe shape integrated with the bright LED lights and smooth curves for better air flow. It keeps the long front and short back like iconic model RX-7s. Inside, it offers a simple driver seat area with nice leather, soft screens, and easy controls.
Engine & Performance
Mazda plans a two-rotor engine that helps electric motors, this is obviously going to be environmental friendly as it will be recharging the electric motors.
Also, this will be powerful too with horsepower of more than 320 to 450. We can expect 0-60 mph in 4-5 seconds with choice to have 6-speed stick shift or automatic gearbox.
Expected Price & Release Date
Mazda wants to make the Iconic SP soon, maybe after 2026 if money works out, as the engine finishes late 2025. EV plans might delay it to 2027 or later. Price could start at $48,000 to $55,000, like the Toyota Supra.
