Oh my people, Honda is teased the third-generation Ridgeline (2027 model) despite being a comfortable ride and feature loaded it never competed well against traditional trucks from Ford, RAM & GMC. That’s why this major redesigning is coming to shock us all.
2027 Honda Ridgeline
Honda has confirmed that it will be addressing the most criticized aspect of outgoing model which is it’s exterior design. to be honest with you i have to tell you that current model looks more like a crossover SUV extended with the bed in rear. It lacks pickup truck look and rugged design.
New 2027 Honda Ridgeline is going to be designed at the Honda’s Southern California design studio and manufactured in the Ohio’s plant. New shadowy teaser reveals little design clues like:
- Boxy squared front design: it looks taller and flatter than current models sloping hood hinting at a more bigger and muscular look.
- Slim lightings like Chevy Colorado and Toyota Tacoma – this one looks much more impressive to me because Ridgeline was already feeling like felt behind many of the pickup trucks.
- Also the bed proportions and size are going to be more practical than ever before.
2027 Honda Ridgeline is going to be a unibody frame rather than traditional body-on-frame construction. which is also a sad part because it will not have same towing capacity as the Ford Ranger or Toyota Tacoma. also it will also lack extreme off-road capability than its rivals but surely it will have better comfort, better tech, better cabin and smoother handling.
