First thing is powertrain options, 2026 Freightliner Cascadias will be offering Detroit DD13 and DD15 engines with 505 hp and 1,850 lb-ft of torque.
Next is Cummins X15 diesel engine option which produces 605 hp and 2,050 lb-ft of torque making it more suitable for efficiency with power. Last but not least is Cummins X15 natural gas engine, details of this engine are still under wrap but you all going to surprised with its performance and raw power.

Safety Features
2026 Freightliner equipped with new Active Brake Assist 6 sets a new benchmark for collision mitigation systems. All new sensor suite include:
